Shipping and Returns
Shipping
All shipping will be at the customer's expense and provided through Australia Post. Shipping time can be between 2-10 business days. Anything outside of that is out of our control. All parcels come with a tracking number and is provided with purchase.
Returns
As everything is handmade, there can be a slight margin of error. Each piece is created to the best of our ability. We do not have a return policy for change of mind, only if an item is defective or has a major issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will contact you as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We will only accept exchanges for damaged or broken items. Not simply change of mind.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds, but only exchanges for same products to equal or lesser value. Shipping will be at the customer's expense.
