Welcome to Kitt Designs!

My name is Kirsten, but for the longest time I've had the nickname of Kit. Naturally, Kitt Designs came along. I am a wife and mum based in Townsville, North Queensland.

Growing up in a family with a love for sewing and fabrics, I naturally fell in love with the craft from a young age. As a result of that love, I have been sewing for just over 10 years. My mum has been the best mentor I could ask for. Bringing my ideas to life brings great joy.

Our pouches may not be as 'puffy' as other businesses' bags/pouches - that is because the wadding that we use is cotton. Cotton is a renewable material that is far better for the environment. The 'puffy' ones are mainly made with polyester - which is plastic. And to further help the environment, all of our labels, stickers and postal satchels are also 100% biodegradable and compostable.
